Mildred Loving - Activist
Born: July 22nd, 1938
Died: May 2nd, 2008

Mildred Loving helped to break down barriers for interracial couples when she and her husband won the Loving v. Virginia case in 1967. Together, along side lawyers Bernard Cohen and Phillip Hirschkop, Mildred Loving and Richard Loving defeated the ban on interracial marriage.
