BHM Stylin': Bill Cosby

Comedian, Actor, TV producer and Activist Bill Cosby created a craze during the 1980's with his funky sweaters and cardigans on his hit television series The Cosby Show.

But that wasn't the only trend he set, he opened the doors for African-American families to be portrayed positively on television, making it possibly for shows like Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Moesha, and Everybody Hates Chris to even be on the air.

A little known fact about Mr. William Henry Cosby Jr. is that in 1965, he was the first black male to star in a network television program when he was working on the action-adventure series I Spy.
