BHM Stylin': Barack Obama

United States President Barack Obama is the first president of direct African-American descent, and with this achievement he has created so many opportunities for minorities in not just politics, but in any and every career throughout the United States.

Obama is the last historical figure I chose for Black History Month because he is suave, powerful, and for most Americans, represents hope. Barack Obama is the epitome of the American dream, showing us that as long as you work hard, you can become whoever you strive to be.

Black history is about culture, love, and strength; And all the people featured in the past 28 days knew exactly what those things were and used them to their advantage to become greater, for all people. Also, they had a great sense of style!

I hope during this Black History Month you learned a bit and celebrated a lot.

Stay black, ya'll!

HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH!

At least that's what I would choose to believe.”
